Like i said to bubbelle, i was just trying to get funky with
everyone, but they kept shooting and throwing poison at me... mind you
can't say i havn't had that reaction before, a rodians wuv is a scary
wuv indeed...
Maverix, don't worry about it mate. The cat is already out of the bag
and quite frankly, I'm not too sure why people didn't catch onto it
before. This is how we took out KDS' HQ before and we might have used
it 1-2 other times; however, the log on has never been at primetime so
I guess this was a difference from previous applications of this tactic.

lot of accussations were thrown out about how this was done, but I can
seriously understand where the Imps are coming from. One of your bases
just goes poof, you didn't see any rebels near it (just a bunch
fighting a couple hundred meters away) and some of your friends were
near the base for an extended period of time before it went poof. It
would be rather hard to fathom how the base was taken unless you
already have an idea of how to do this.

explaining that, I had thought about putting it out in the open but I
knew there would be a time and place for it and you put it right where
it needed to be. I know many rebels would have loved to come fight with
you there as well. I had a hard time not letting anything about the
plan escape to those outside of the plan. I didn't even let my mayor or
lieutenants know what was planned because the appearance of a purely
TSA attack was needed and I know my mates would have loved to come even
if it was just to watch.
Nataz, I respect your views and it may
be classified as an exploit in the future. I don't think I've ever
encountered entering a base with no turrets and logging back in when
one had been placed. I do know that I have placed a turret when one of
our bases was overrun by Imperials. All the Imps were kicked out of the
base (not all at once though, if I remember correctly, they might have
had to try to attack a rebel player or npc first, don't know for sure).
The team was physically in the base (and attackable) for
probably 6 minutes to hack it and while they weren't in there for the
9.5min of the countdown, you don't need them to be in order to stop it.
All you need is an overt Imperial (for 5 min I think) to walk up the
terminal and select abort. This is where luck came in: would someone
walk in and notice the countdown (even with 2-3 minutes left, there was
more than enough overts nearby to get to it in time).
I doubt
this tactic will work again or at least not for a while since people
need time to forget about it. However, it's now time to see what other
sort of tricks are hidden in my composite bracer.

Haha, i cont whant to see screen shots, i know what happend. And
what do u think KDS and u other. Did we use a bug? Or did it just
disappear? Well tell me how it did it and only when we attacked. And no
other base have just blowed it self up. I think its just whine!
i think its a shame the way the base was taken down, logging in, setting the countdown, logging out. great battle!
grats to the rebels who managed to stay in luxor for so long i bet
that was a good fight. although i bet we might have lost the base had
you been there or not

think its silly how many times and how mny times in the future KDS are
going to cry bug. Every tactic we come up with is in their eyes an
"exploit" or a bug. We have alot of things in the bag that are just
plain smart, but i know atleast half will get called exploits.
Also we have to tell u our tactics now or else its a bug?
**edit**ed that tactic ever being used again and knowing KDS they will do it to liberty.
Any1, next time we come up with anything vaguely interesting we'll
post it on the forums, mail the devs making sure its ok, then check
with our local policeforce if its legit.

Sh*tting hell Bubelle, complain about the past, complain about the
present, but **edit** about stuff that hasn't even happened yet? I'm
beginning to think the /salute threads in which KDS congratulate you
actually annoy you more than the flames..
